Access Real Estate Completes Major Partnership Agreement

Access Real Estate S.C (ARE) signed a comprehensive agreement with Soliton Holding Ltd, a Dubai based company, on April 24, 2012.

The agreement will enable Soliton to invest approximately ETB 2 billion in the Ethiopian real estate industry over the next few years. The new injection of capital and world class expertise will aslo strengthen the expedited progress on the 23 ARE projects.
